The Pavilion are asking you to ‘mangia bene, ridi spesso, ama molto’ (Eat well, laugh often, love much) with our new menu! Premium Australian produce will be brought to life with the flavour, passion & love of the great traditions of Italian cooking.
Inspired by 'la dolce vita', Head Chef, Damien Worthington (ex-Giuseppe, Arnaldo & Sons - Melbourne, Italian Trattoria – Crown, QT Hotels – Sydney and Canberra, The Winery) has crafted a mouth-watering menu based around Italian and Mediterranean flavours, including delights such as Barramundi alla Griglia (Capers, tomato, black olives, basil, garlic), Scamone ai ferri (Grilled 250gm Riverine Rump with grilled Treviso and lemon) and Cotoletta di Maiale (300gm grilled pork cutlet, eggplant caponata, chilli, sage).
From Monday to Wednesday, revitalise your work day with a lovely short walk through the gardens to enjoy our $25 lunch with friends or colleagues. Includes pasta, chef's side salad and an Italian soft drink.
